Individuals
Self-awareness is the key--and often most difficult--component to changing your circumstances. You may be going through a difficult transition, struggling with anxiety, or just not know how to begin. Start here.

Couples
Despite all good intentions, our most sacred relationships can become damaged. Let's dig in together to discover how to regain that since of excitement and joy you once felt with your partner.

Families
Your family is complex and always changing. Maybe you've had another child, are struggling with a grumpy teenager or caring for aging parents. Maybe your family has experienced separation or loss. I can help.

Consultation
Culture is changing--it may be time to evolve! Primarily for larger systems (families, community groups and organizations), this service entails a comprehensive assessment and, in partnership with members, the development of a strategic response to your group's need. You will gain insight and tools to best navigate and encourage healthy change.

Education
I lead seminars on a wide range of topics including:
the pathophysiology of anxiety and depression, the non-pharmacological management of these conditions, understanding the nature of and recovering from narcissistic abuse, combating codependency, co-creating healthy relationship dynamics, and mindfulness.
At Nurtured Counseling & Consulting, our approach is grounded, trauma-informed, and focused on helping you build the clarity and confidence needed to navigate your life with more ease. We specialize in relational trauma, narcissistic abuse recovery, and family estrangement, while also supporting clients with anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity challenges, and stress.

Relational + Systemic Perspective
We look at the patterns, dynamics, and relationships that have shaped your experiences. This helps you understand where these patterns come from—and how to shift them in healthier, more empowered ways.

Empowerment Over Dependence
Our goal is not for you to rely on us long-term. We help you strengthen your own internal guidance, build boundaries, and develop the emotional tools needed to support yourself outside of therapy.

Somatic-Informed Healing
We integrate mind–body awareness to help you understand how stress and trauma show up physically. Grounding practices, breathwork, and gentle somatic techniques support regulation and resilience.

Practical Tools + Real-Life Strategies
You’ll learn concrete skills—communication tools, cognitive reframing, boundary-setting, and emotional regulation techniques—that you can use in daily life to support long-term change.

Inclusive + Client-Centered
We work with adults, teens, and older children. Whether you’re dealing with complex trauma, relationship stress, or general mental-health concerns, therapy is always tailored to your goals, pace, and lived experience.
